Registration for Young Professionals Group (accepted candidates only)
The Young Professionals Group is a program developed for individuals new to their career (within the first five years).
The sessions are held in-person – and while virtual attendees will be accepted, those participants are responsible for putting in effort into connecting with the group during accountability and exercises, etc.

- Monthly accountabilities
- Reading assignment discussion
- Learning portion (topics listed above)
- Follow-up exercise/discussion on the learning portion/topic

- Professionalism and Etiquette, 1/19
- Your Personal Brand and Unique Value, 2/18
- Speaking with Confidence and Effective Communication, 3/18
- Making Connections and Networking, 4/15
- Career-Growth and Goal-Setting, 5/27
The cost is $1500 per person for the 6-month program. Graduates will earn a certificate for the hours in session and will conclude the program with a graduation from the Academy for Construction Excellence Young Professionals Program.
This program is offered annually.
