UKG\n\n\n\nIn this important session\, employers learn the vital role and responsibility they have in developing resources to support the mental health of their employees.\n\n\n\nTopics include:\n\nThe responsibility of leaders\nCreating 1:1 connections\nWarning signs\nResources\nTraining on difficult conversations\nA manager’s impact on mental health\n\n\n\n\n\nHayley Hughes\, TPG’s PartnerWell Practice Leader:\nHayley has a BA in psychology from the University of Hawaii and earned master’s degrees in both clinical health psychology and nutrition at Bastyr University. After practicing as a clinician\, Hayley felt that employers were uniquely positioned to support employee health. As TPG’s PartnerWell Practice Leader\, Hayley consults with clients to support employee mental health\, wellbeing\, and workforce culture.\n\n\n\nChris Quigley\, Chasse Building Team:\nAs a strong leader passionate about the wellbeing of his team members\, Chris has 26 years in the industry\, having started out in Montana as a labor.  In 2001\, he ventured to CA from Montana with the intent to see if the construction industry was a good fit for him. In 2012\, he transfer his market focus from residential framing to the General Contractor side.  Moved to AZ in 2014\, moving up from the role of superintendent\, into lead super and now currently General Superintendent.  Chris is responsible for these markets within Chasse Building Team: Commercial\, Municipal\, Higher Education and Joint Venture divisions.\nA Zoom link will be sent prior to the session.\n\n\n\nJD Allison\, Amalyn Consulting:\nJD serves as a valuable resource for companies when selecting benefits that best serve employees and team members. With more than 15 years in the industry\, JD works to find solutions for employers that prioritize wellness and mental health.\nHe earned his Mental Health First Aid Certification from National Council for Mental Wellbeing\, and advocates for team members in getting the coverage they need.
