DESCRIPTION:This session launches the Academy’s “Construction 101: Grasping the Fundamentals” series. In this class\, taught by Anthony Jeffers of Hensel Phelps and Danielle Feroleto of Small Giants\, with a combined 50+ years experience\, participants learn the structure and interconnectedness of the industry of commercial real estate.\n\nAttendees learn important vocabulary/definitions\, acronyms\, roles on a jobsite\, key players in the industry\, basic building materials and information they need to feel knowledgeable when talking to colleagues.\n\nWho should attend?\n\nHR team members\nAccounting\nSupport staff\nMarketing\nEveryone that serves the builders\nBuilders\nThose new to the industry\nPeople needing a refresher on the basics of CRE\n\n***\nThe Academy for Construction Excellence presents a series for those individuals new to the construction industry – whether new to their career and experienced professionals from other industries.
