DESCRIPTION:The Building Leaders Group is a program crafted for professionals approx. 5-10 years into their career\, ready for the next level of leadership development. \nThe sessions are held in-person – and while virtual attendees will be accepted\, those participants are responsible for putting in effort into connecting with the group during accountability and exercises\, etc. \nDetails: \nDates: August 7\, September 9\, October 9\, November 11\, December 9\, January 16 \n8:45am- 11:30am \nThe Academy of Construction Excellence at the Small Giants Office \n5555 E. Van Buren\, Suite 115\, Phoenix 85008 \n\nMonthly accountabilities\nReading assignment discussion\nLearning portion (topics listed above)\nFollow-up exercise/discussion on the learning portion/topic\n\nAreas of focus (can be altered based on the goals of participants): \n\nLeadership DNA\nDifficult Conversations\nYour Role as a Mentor\nBe Your Own Advocate in Your Career\nLeadership DNA\, Part 2\n\nThe cost is $1500 per person for the 6-month program.
