This foundational knowledge is essential for understanding how GCs and subs are paid throughout a project.\n  \nAttendees will learn:\n\nThe various contract types \nAbout pay apps and the role they serve \nHow construction companies manage payments \nHow contract types and pay apps work together in the payment process\n\nWho should attend?\n\nThose new to the industry\nPeople needing a refresher on the basics of CRE\nHR team members\nPMs and PEs\nSuperintendents\nAccounting\nSupport staff\nMarketing\n\n\n\n\nThe Academy for Construction Excellence presents a series for those individuals new to the construction industry – whether new to their career and experienced professionals from other industries. Also invited? Those who need a refresher course! Upon completion of these classes\, attendees will have a strong knowledge base\, creating confidence knowing the key players and processes in commercial construction.
