DESCRIPTION:This Academy session invites attendees to take an intentional look at their influence as mentors. Attendees will explore what it means to guide and support others in their professional journey\, and how to approach mentorship with purpose and authenticity. Attendees will identify who may view them as a mentor\, learn strategies for meaningful outreach to young professionals\, and develop best practices to make mentorship a part of their everyday leadership. \n\n\n\nThis class is part of the Building Leaders Group curriculum\, however\, individual class registration is open to all. Register if you or someone on your team is ready to dive into deeper leadership growth.\n\nIf attending virtually\, a link will be sent to you a few days prior to the session.\n
