Attendees will explore the most common leadership styles\, identify the traits and tendencies that shape their own\, and learn practical ways to strengthen effectiveness and connection with their teams. \n\n  \nThrough guided reflection and discussion\, participants will gain insight into their leadership blind spots\, discover strategies for meaningful engagement with followers\, and define the kind of leader they aspire to be.\n\n\nThis class is part of the Building Leaders Group curriculum\, however\, individual class registration is open to all.
