DESCRIPTION:Civil plans define how the building fits on the site and how land grading\, access\, and stormwater will be managed.\n\n\n\nIn this class\, attendees learn the important aspects of reading Civil plans.\n\nSite layout and topography\nGrading\, drainage and utilities\nSite improvements and paving plans\n\n\n\n\nThe Plan Reading series consists of these sessions:\n\nOverview and Introduction\, 5/7\nCivil Plans\, 5/22\nStructural Plans\, 6/5\nArchitectural Plans\, 6/18\nM&P Plans\, 7/8\nElectrical Plans\, 8/5\nSpecial Systems\, 8/19\n\nIt is recommended to participate in the all Plan Reading classes for the more thorough introduction to plan reading.\n\n\n\nIf attending via Zoom\, you will miss some of the hands-on activities in the class.\n\n\n\nA Zoom link will be sent a few days prior to the sessions. Please keep your camera on for maximum engagement.
