DESCRIPTION:This Academy session provides an introduction to reading and understanding electrical plans. \nAttendees will learn: \n\n\nHow to interpret electrical symbols\, notes\, and abbreviations \n\n\nHow to read lighting plans \n\n\nHow to understand branch power layouts \n\n\nHow to follow single-line (one-line) diagrams \n\n\nHow to use panel and fixture schedules \n\n\nHow special systems are shown on plans (audio-visual\, fire alarm\, telecom\, security) \n\n\n\nIt is recommended to participate in all Plan Reading classes in-person. If attending virtually\, you will miss the hands-on activities in this session.\n  \nIf attending virtually\, a link will be sent to you a few days prior to the session. Please keep your camera on for maximum engagement.
