The Lifecycle of a Project

This session walks through how a construction project takes shape — from planning and execution to completion and facility management. Attendees will explore each phase of a project, including early project planning, construction execution, and the post-construction steps involved in facility management. Learn how each stage connects, what happens at key milestones, and who’s involved at every step.
The Academy for Construction Excellence presents an 8-class series for those individuals new to the construction industry – whether new to their career and experienced professionals from other industries. Also invited? Those who need a refresher course! Upon completion of these classes, attendees will have a strong knowledge base, creating confidence, knowing the key players and processes in commercial construction.
In each class, attendees start at a high level and then dive into necessary aspects of these areas:
