Welcome to our Young Professionals Group!
The Young Professionals Group is a program developed for individuals new to their career (within the first five years).
The sessions are held in-person – and while virtual attendees will be accepted, those participants are responsible for putting in effort into connecting with the group during accountability and exercises, etc.

- Monthly accountabilities
- Reading assignment discussion
- Learning portion (topics listed below)
- Follow-up exercise/discussion on the learning portion/topic

- Your Personal Brand and Unique Value, 2/17
- Speaking with Confidence and Effective Communication, 3/17
- Making Connections/ Networking, 4/21
- Owning Your Career Growth/ Goal-Setting for Young Professionals, 6/9
- Graduation Luncheon, 6/12
The cost is $1500 per person for the program.
Graduates will earn a certificate for the hours in session and will conclude the program with a graduation from the Academy for Construction Excellence Young Professionals Program.
