Welcome to our Building Leaders Group!

The Building Leaders Group is a program developed for individuals established in their careers looking to take their leadership development to the next level. The sessions are held in-person – and while virtual attendees will be accepted, those participants are responsible for putting in effort into connecting with the group during accountability and exercises, etc.

Session Structure:

  • Monthly accountabilities
  • Reading assignment discussion
  • Learning portion (topics listed below)
  • Follow-up exercise/discussion on the learning portion/topic

Class Schedule:

  • Leadership DNA, 1/15
  • Leadership through Difficult Conversations, 2/12
  • Your Role as a Mentor, 3/12
  • Leadership DNA: Part 2, 4/9
  • Owning Your Career Growth, 5/7
  • Building Leaders Graduation Luncheon, 6/4

The cost is $1500 per person for the program.

Graduates will earn a certificate for the hours in session and will conclude the program with a graduation from the Academy for Construction Excellence Builder Leaders Program.
