In this session, Development 101, as part of the Grasping the Fundamentals series, attendees will walk through the lifecycle of a project from start to finish. Jason Oxios, of Small Giants, walks through what happens on the land before breaking ground.
This class introduces the development process for land prior to vertical construction. Hear from experts on these three topics:

- Surveying
- Engineering
Using an actual project case study for teaching, attendees explore the preparation required for commercial construction.
