Introduction to Project Planning and Master Scheduling

Come learn and help bring the construction industry to an elevated level. Understand how a project should be approached from an execution standpoint, what good planning can look like, and how we can bring that into our industry at an elevated level. This is a targeted class for field operational roles in joint effort with pre-construction.

Attendees will learn the basics of project planning and master scheduling including:

  • Project logistics and planning fundamentals

  • How to prioritize and pair site logistics, scheduling, planning, and quality control within a Master Schedule

  • Incorporating safety into site logistics, planning, and execution

  • Coordinating planning initiatives to support efficient project execution

  • And much more
