

Welcome to our Building Leaders Group!
The Building Leaders Group is a program developed for individuals established in their careers looking to take their leadership development to the next level. The sessions are held in-person – and while virtual attendees will be accepted, those participants are responsible for putting in effort into connecting with the group during accountability and exercises, etc.

- Monthly accountabilities
- Reading assignment discussion
- Learning portion (topics listed below)
- Follow-up exercise/discussion on the learning portion/topic

- Leadership through Difficult Conversations, 2/12
- Your Role as a Mentor, 3/12
- Leadership DNA: Part 2, 4/9
- Owning Your Career Growth, 5/7
- Building Leaders Graduation Luncheon, 6/4
The cost is $1500 per person for the program.
Graduates will earn a certificate for the hours in session and will conclude the program with a graduation from the Academy for Construction Excellence Builder Leaders Program.
