Registration for Next Step Success (Young Professionals Class of ’25 ONLY)
Next Step Success is an exclusive continuation program for the Young Professionals Group Class of ’25, designed to keep participants engaged, connected, and advancing in their careers.
Through monthly sessions focused on leadership, collaboration, and professional development, attendees will strengthen the skills gained in the Young Professionals Group. Each session offers space for accountability, shared learning, and deeper discussion with peers who are navigating similar career paths.

Session Structure:
- Monthly accountabilities
- Reading assignment discussion
- Learning portion
- Follow-up exercise/discussion on the learning portion/topic
The cost is $1200 per person for the program.
