This Academy session introduces the fundamentals of lien law and bond claims — key tools that protect financial rights in construction projects. Attendees will learn how to send Preliminary and Supplemental Notices, understand the basics of Arizona Lien Waivers, and know how to file Mechanics Liens, Bond Claims, and Leasehold Interest Liens. The session also provides an overview of the foreclosure process and how these legal mechanisms work together to safeguard payments and manage risk on a project.
