The Building Leaders Group is a program crafted for professionals approx. 5-10 years into their career, ready for the next level of leadership development.
The sessions are held in-person – and while virtual attendees will be accepted, those participants are responsible for putting in effort into connecting with the group during accountability and exercises, etc.

The cost is $1500 per person for the 6-month program. Graduates will earn a certificate for the hours in session and will conclude the program with a graduation from the Academy for Construction Excellence Building Leaders Program.
This program is offered annually, in the second half of the year only.
